106例溃疡性结肠炎患者临床资料分析

目的分析溃疡性结肠炎的临床特点、结肠镜表现和实验室检查,提高临床诊治水平。方法回顾分析2005年6月-2007年12月确诊的106例溃疡性结肠炎患者。结果3年确诊病例分别为23例、36例、47例;发病年龄高峰为31-40岁,男性多见;主要症状：腹泻、腹痛91例（85.85%）,黏液和（或）脓血便89例（83.96%）;结肠镜检以黏膜充血水肿血管纹理模糊（97.17%）、糜烂（73.58%）、溃疡（63.20%）最常见,病变多位于直肠、乙状结肠及左半结肠（65.1%）;病理主要为黏膜慢性炎症（95.28%）,多种炎性细胞浸润（54.72%）,及隐窝结构异常、炎症和（或）脓肿（44.34%）;血小板计数、红细胞沉降率及C反应蛋白均明显高于正常对照组。结论溃疡性结肠炎发病率逐年上升,病变主要位于直肠、直乙结肠、左半结肠;结肠镜对其诊断意义较大。血小板计数、红细胞沉降率及C反应蛋白对评价溃疡性结肠炎严重程度有意义。

Clinical Analyses of 106 Cases with Ulcerative Colitis
