| 摘 要： | 三例退行性胸椎椎管狭窄症,其特征为脊髓受压症状,本症与椎管内肿瘤鉴别较为困难,应注意体征、X 线平片,椎管造影等的特征。一旦出现脊髓受压症状宜尽早进行减压手术,有利于功能恢复。

| Abstract: | Three cases of degenertive thoracic spinal stenosis are reported.Who se clinical characteristic symptoms and signs are due to compression of the spinal cord.This disease is rather difficult to differentiate from the tumors inside the spinal canal,but X-ray plain film,myelography and CT may be helpful to finding the symptoms and signs.Whenever the early compression symptoms and signs of the spinal cord occur,the spinal decompressiom operatron should be performed as soon as possible.It will be advantageous to the functional recovery |
