胰腺、肾脏在单独和联合移植中排斥反应的差异

目的 比较胰腺、肾脏在单独和联合移植中排斥反应的差异。方法 在大鼠同种异体单独胰腺移植、单独肾脏移植和肺肾联合移植基础上，对胰腺、肾脏在单独和联合移植中的排斥瓜反应分别进行了比较。结果 （１）胰腺在联合肾脏移植中受到肾脏保护，与单独上比，功能与形态不者到显著改观；（２）肾脏在联合胰腺移植时未受到胰腺保护，与单独移植比较，各项指标未得到显著改善。结论 胰腺与肾脏联合移植的结局优于单独胰腺移植，而肾脏

Difference of rejection response in simultaneous pancreas and kidney transplant and pancreas or kidney transplant alone in rats

Objective To compare the difference of rejection response in simultaneous pancreas and kidney transplant and pancreas or kidney tansplant alone.Methods Allograft models including simultaneous pancreas and kidney transplant and pancreas or kidney transplant alone were established in SD Wistar rats, and rejection response of pancreas and kidney in the two different models were investigated based on the morphological and functional indices of the graft.Results In simultaneous pancreas and kidney transplantation, the function of pancreas is protected by kidney. Its mean survival time (MST) was significantly prolonged and the severity of rejection reduced. The function of kidney, however, is not protected by pancreas with the difference in its MST and severity of rejection being not significant as compared with kidney transplant alone.Conclusion The results of simultaneous pancreas and kidney transplant were better than those of pancreas transplantation alone, while the results of renal transplantation alone were similar to those of the combined transplantation.
