| 摘 要： | 目的探讨将放射性粒子I^125敷于食管支架上植入肿瘤靶区的临床疗效及意义。方法本组10例患者,男7例,女3例,根据食管病变的长度和狭窄程度,选择合适带膜食管支架,将放射性粒子用镊子装入到特别制鞘中,在导丝的引导下支架准确释放。结果10例病人植入支架后,术后吞咽困难完全消除或明显好转,全身症状明显好转,提高了患者的生活质量。结论放射125^I粒子捆绑于食管支架上治疗晚期食管恶性梗阻,可迅速缓解吞咽难,延缓肿瘤的继续生长。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the curative effect and its significance of intraesophaus I125 radial stunt on treatment of esophageal carcinoma. Methods 10 cases (male 7 and female 3) were underwent the this treatment. The proper length of radial stunt was located at the lesion place according to the length and the stenosed of the lensions. Results The life quality was improved with relieving of dysphagia and general situation after the therapy of radial stent. Conclusion The intraesophaus I125 radion stent could treat the malignant esophageal obstruction and relieve the dysphagia and it also could delay the growth of tumor. |
