| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨经后腹腔镜输尿管上段切开取石术治疗输尿管结石的临床价值和疗效。方法:对12例(14侧)输尿管上段结石采用后腹腔镜治疗。结果:均一次性取石成功,一侧手术时间72~163m in,平均89m in,出血量25~80m l。术后1~2d拔除导尿管,7d拆线治愈出院。3~4周后门诊拔出双J管。结论:对结石直径较大、质硬、多次ESWL碎石失败、嵌顿时间长或有息肉包裹、输尿管严重迂曲的输尿管上段结石进行后腹腔镜治疗,安全、微创、疗效确切。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the clinical value and efficacy of retroperitoneoscopic upper ureterolithotomy.Methods:12 cases underwent retroperitoneoscopic upper ureterolithotomy.Results:All cases underwent operations successfully.The mean operative time was 89(72-163)min.The blood loss was about 25-80ml.Catheters were removed within 1-2 days after operation.Patients can be discharged within 7 days.Conclusions:Retroperitoneoscopic upper ureterolithotomy is a safe and effective way for patients with large stones,or failure of extracorporeal skock-wave lithotripsy(ESWL),or long time of incarceration,or failures of the upper urinal calculi operations as well as other complications. |
