摘    要:目的 比较研究虫草花与冬虫夏草腺苷成份的含量.方法 采用高效液相色谱法测定腺苷的含量,色谱柱为岛津Shim-pack VP-ODS柱(200mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为磷酸盐缓冲剂(pH=6.5)-甲醇(17:3);流速为1ml/min;检测波长为260nm.结果 腺苷的线性范围为0.078 35-0.399 88μg,呈现较好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为96.22%,RSD为0.21%(n=5).结论 虫草花的活性成份腺苷含量明显高于冬虫夏草腺苷含量,具有与冬虫夏草相似的滋补功效.

Abstract:Objective To compare the content difference of adenosine in Cordyceps sineasis and Cordyceps Flower.Methods HPLC method was applied to determine the contents of adenosine,with a column of Shim-pack VP-ODS 4.6 nun×200mm,5μm) and a mobile phase of phosphate buffer solution(pH=6.5)-methanol(17:3),flow rate was 1ml/min,detection wavelength was 260nm.Results The linear range of adenosine was 0.07835-0.39988μg,the result showed good linearity.The average recovery was 96.22%,RSD 0.21%.Conclusion The content of adenosine in Cordyceps Flower was higher.It is suggested that Cordyceps Flower has the same tonic efficacy as Cordyceps sinensis.
