应用脉冲多普勒超声心动图检测100例正常人心脏各瓣膜口血流速度

摘    要:本文报道了应用ASU-010型脉冲多普勒超声心动图检测100例正常人心脏各瓣膜口的多普勒频谱结果:各瓣膜口血流峰值速度(PFV),主动脉瓣口192~101cm/s,二尖瓣口75~96cm/s,肺动脉瓣口78~84cm/s,三尖瓣口55~73cm/s;主动脉瓣口收缩期平均加速度、平均减速度均大于肺动脉瓣口,15岁以下组均大于15岁以上组。表明左心血流速度大于右心,儿童比成人变化大,代表左室舒张功能的舒张早期血流平均减速度ADVE,舒张早期峰值血流速度/心房收缩峰值血流速度(E/A)随年龄增长而降低。

Abstract:The Doppler flow spectra of valvular orifices (MV, TV, AV and PV) in 100 normal persons were measured by ASU-010 Doppler echocardiography system. The main parameters were reported. Peak flow velocity (PFV) of various valvular orifices was shown as follows. AVO 92-101 cm/s, MVO 75-96 cm/s, PVO 78-84 cm/s, TVO 55-73 cm/s. Average accelarative velocity (AAV) and descending velocity (ADV) of aorta valvular orifice were higher than that of valvular orifice of pulmonary artery, and the above parameters in the group under 15 years of age were higher than the group over 15. It may be suggested that the blood flow velocity of the left ventricle was higher than that of the right ventricle and the hemocynamic changes of the children were greater than those of the adults. ADVE, E/A, which reflect the diastolic function of left ventricle, decrease gradually with age.
