| 摘 要： | 目的 了解心脏介入术后病人心理状况及心理干预效果。方法 采用状态－特质焦虑问卷及抑郁状态问卷，对68例行心脏介入术病人术前术后的心理状态调查，并进行心理干预。结果 心脏介入术病人术前焦虑及抑郁显著高于术后，文化程度的高低对于手术前后情绪有明显影响。结论 心脏介入术病人术前存在一定的情绪障碍，经心理干预术后改善明显。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the psychological state of patients before and after heart operation and the effects of psychological intervention.Method Sixty eight patients were examined with STAI before and after heart operation,and received psychological intervention.Results The scores of anxiety and depression before the operation were significantly higher than that after the operation. The level of education was significantly influenced the patients' emotion. Conclusion Emotion disorders exists in patients before heart operation and significantly improved after psychological intervention and the operation. |
