Abstract: | There are times when a patient who has an ocular prosthesis may need surgery to correct an anophthalmic socket defect or to replace an implant. When such a situation arises, it may not be possible to construct a new prosthesis soon after surgery. In this article, a technique for relining an ocular prosthesis is described. |
