鸡血藤煎剂对小鼠细胞分泌细胞因子的影响

摘    要: 目的 研究鸡血藤对小鼠骨髓细胞增殖的影响及其对小鼠细胞分泌IL-1,IL- 2,IL-3和脾细胞增殖的影响。方法 体外培养骨髓细胞和脾细胞 ,MTT法测定其增殖能力。以分别对IL-1,IL-2,IL-3敏感的细胞作为靶细胞 ,以MTT法测定药物的影响。结果 鸡血藤能显著提高小鼠骨髓细胞增殖能力(P<0.01) ,也能刺激小鼠细胞IL-1,IL-2,IL-3的分泌(P <0.05) ,但对脾细胞增殖没有明显作用。结论 鸡血藤可刺激小鼠骨髓细胞增殖 ,并能提高IL-1,IL-2,IL-3的分泌能力 ,但对脾细胞增殖没有明显影响。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of Caulis Spatholobi decoction on the IL-1, IL-2, IL-3 production and the proliferative ability of spleen and bone marrow cells in mice.METHODS MTT method was used to the amount of the cells which were sensitive to these cytokines and compare the significant difference between the experimental group and the blank group.Spleen and bone marrow cells were cultured in vitro,MTT method was used to measure the proliferation of these cells.RESULTS There was a significant difference between the experimental group and the blank group in the production of these cytokines and the proliferation of bone marrow cells (P<0.05), but not in the proliferation of spleen cells.CONCLUSION Caulis Spatholobi decoction improved the production of IL-1,IL-2 and IL-3.It also significantly improved the proliferative ability of bone marrow cells
