男性血管性痴呆血浆雌二醇与脑血流量变化的研究

目的探讨男性血管性痴呆(VD)与血浆性激素及局灶脑血流量(rCBF)的关系.方法采用放射免疫分析法测定41例男性VD患者血浆雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(Prog)、泌乳素(PRL)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、酮(T)、的含量变化,采用133Xe吸入法测定rCBF变化.结果脑梗死痴呆组、脑梗死非痴呆组E2水平较对照组均有降低,痴呆组E2水平较非痴呆组降低更明显.两组Prog,PRL,FSH,LH和T与对照组比较无显著差异;脑梗死痴呆组、脑梗死非痴呆组rCBF较对照组均有降低,痴呆组rGBF较非痴呆组降低更显著.结论血浆E2水平降低,则rCBF下降愈严重,VD的发生率越高.

Study on relationship between serum estradiol and reginal cerebral blood flow in male vascular dementia patients

Objective:To investigate relationship of male vascular elementia with the levels of sex hormone and regional cerebral blood flow.Methods:The changes of estradiol,progentin,PRL,FSH ,LH and testosterone were detemined with radioactive immunity analysis method in 41 cases male vascular dementia patients. rCBF were detemined by 133 Xe inhalative method.Results:The E 2 in the cerebral infarction patients with dementia and the cerebral infaction patients without edmentia were reduced than that of control.The E 2 in the cerebral infarction patients with dementia was much more reduced than the cerebral infarction patients without dementia .The Prog ,PRL ,FSH ,LH ,T of the two groups showed no difference from that of control;The rCBF in the cerebral infarction patients with dementia and the cerebral infarction patients without dementia were reduced than that of control,the rCBF in the cerebral infarction patients with dementia was much more reduced than the cerebral infaction patients without dementia.Conclusion:Results suggest that the levels of E 2 reduce,it can lead to the reduction of rCBF and the increase of vascular dementia.
