| 摘 要： | 目的建立高效液相色谱法测定柴连口服液中连翘苷的含量的方法。方法采用Alltima C18 5μ 250mm×4．6mm色谱柱；乙腈-水（25：75）为流动相；检测波长278nm。结果连翘苷求度的线性范围为0．618μg～3．09μg，r=0．9999。平均加样回收率为99．37％，RSD=1．83％。结论该方法简便、准确、重复性好。可作为该制剂的定量分析方法。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for content determination of forsythin in Chailian oral liquid. METHODS Alltima C18（5μm, 250mm × 4.6mm） column was used and the mobile phase consisted of ace- tonitrile-water （25：75）. It was detected at 278nm.RESULTS The linear range was 0.618- 3.09μg, r = 0. 9999. The average recovery was 99.37 %, RSD = 1.83 %. CONCLUSION The method is simple, and accurate with a good reproducibility, and can be used as quantitative analysis method for this preparation. |
