| 摘 要： | 对103例产妇在活跃期行人工破膜并宫颈注射阿托品,能明显缩短活跃期,消除宫颈水肿。其中以宫口开大3cm时,行人工破膜对缩短活跃期作用最显著。

| Abstract: | The treatment of 103 cases showed that amniocentesis and injectionof atropine on cervix during active phase can shorten the active phase anddispel edema of cervix. When cervical dilatation reaches 3cm, the effectof amniocentesis on the shortening of the active phase is most remarkable. |
