| 摘 要： | 目的为全面了解奉贤区社区居民呼吸道疾病防治状况,为今后更好地开展健康教育工作提供基础性资料。方法对随机抽取的南桥社区4个居委的400名(干预前、后各200名)居民,分别进行呼吸道疾病健康知识问卷调查。结果通过健康教育干预,居民主要呼吸道疾病及其主要危险因素、预防措施的知晓率普遍提高;居民对预防呼吸道疾病的相关健康行为形成率普遍提高;对呼吸道疾病的相关危险因素和健康行为的态度普遍有所改善;在流感和肺炎疫苗预防方面的知晓率和接种率显著提高;在需求方面,居民更希望获得比较专业的健康保健知识。结论健康教育在人们主动防御疾病的意识加强中起到了重要作用,今后仍需长期坚持;同时要注重不同人群的需求更加丰富化。在某些方面加大专业知识的健康教育力度,从而使健康教育更加深入地开展下去。

| Abstract: | Objective To get a thorough knowledge about the prevention and cure status on respiratory disease in Fengxian district,to provide the basic data for future health education.
