彩色多普勒超声在附睾结核临床治疗中的应用价值

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在附睾结核治疗中的价值。方法对70例附睾结核彩色超声表现及预后做回顾性分析。结果超声诊断附睾结核的符合率为84.3%;判断睾丸受侵的敏感性89.7%.其中弥漫型6例,结节型64例。手术治疗44例,保守治疗26例,15例治愈或病情得到好转,11例治疗失败。结论彩色多普勒超声在附睾结核选择治疗方案中具有重要指导价值。

Value of Color Doppler Ultrasound in Clinical Treatment of the Epididymis Tuberculosis

Objective To confirm the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound in the treatment of the epididymis Tuberculosis. Methods Retrospective analysis of ultrasonic features about 70 cases of the Epididymis Tuberculosis. Results The accuracy of ultrasonic diagnosis about Epididymis Tuberculosis is 84.3 %, the sensitivity of diagnosing the infected testicle is 89.7 %, including the diffuse type 6 cases, the tubercular type 64 cases.44 case accepting surgery therapy,26 cases accepting conservative therapy. Of the 70 patients there were 15 patients who had been cured or had been catabatic, 11 patients had not been cured. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound has instructed value in selecting therapy plan of the Epididymis Tuberculosis.
