| 摘 要： | 目的：观察三维适形放疗（3DCRT）联合高能聚焦超声（HIFU）治疗晚期胰腺癌近期疗效。方法：26例晚期胰腺癌给予3DCRT治疗,同时给予HIFU辅助治疗。结果：26例患者均可评价疗效,临床受益指数达到96.15%。肿瘤体积变化CR 1例、PR 8例、NC 15例、PD 2例。1、2年生存率分别为84.61%、53.85%,中位生存期16.9个月。结论：3DCRT联合HIFU治疗晚期胰腺癌无痛苦、无创伤,临床受益指数高,生存期延长,无明显的不良反应。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the efficacy of three dimensional conformal radiotherapy（3DCRT）in combianation with high intensitv focused ultrasound（HIFU） on treating advanced pancreatic cancer.Methods：A total of 26 patients with advanced pancreatic cancer were treated by 3DCRT combined with HIFU.Results：The clinical beneficial indice was 96.15%.Of the 26 cases,there was one case complete response,8 cases partial response,15 cases no change,2 cases progress.The 1-and 2-year survival rates were 84.61% and 53.85% respectively,mediam survival period was 16.9 months.Conclusion：3DCRT in combinatiom with HIFU is a safe,minor-invasive treatment for advanced pancreatic cancer. |
