摘    要:为检测呼吸门控的准确性、了解定量的CT资料与肺通气功能的相关性,对患者组40例和对照组20例行临床肺通气功能检查、PulmoCT肺活量(VC)检测和呼吸门控下螺旋CT扫描。应用评估软件测定肺区平均CT值及像素指数(PI)。分析它们在各组间的差异及与肺通气功能的相关性。结果显示:PulmoCT检测的VC和临床测定的VC无显著性差异(P>0.05);各病变组平均CT值与对照组有显著性差异(P<0.01);PI也有特征性改变且与肺通气功能相关。螺旋CT结合呼吸门控和自动化评估软件测定肺密度是一项精确、重复性好的方法

Abstract:Clinical pulmonary ventilation function test, Pulmo CT measurement of vital capacity (VC), and spiral CT scan under the control of spirometer were performed in 40 patients and 20 health adults in order to assess the accuracy of spirometrically controlled CT and to analyze CT quantitative data in correspondence with clinical pulmonary ventilation function. Mean attenuation values and pixel index (PI) of lung regions were evaluated with semiautomatic evaluation software. The difference in all quantitative data between the control group and the patient group was analyzed. The correlation among lung density, pixel index and clinical pulmonary ventilation function were studied. The results showed that the difference in VC between Pulmo CT measurement and clinical measurement had no significant ( P >0.05). There was a significant difference in mean CT value between the patient group and the control group ( P <0.01). Pixel index in the patient group had a characteristic change in comparison with PI in control group. Pixel index had a good correspondence with clinical pulmonary ventilation function. The quantitative lung density measurement in combination with spirometrically controlled spiral CT and semiautomatic evaluation software is an accurate and reproducible method.
