| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠的方法及临床价值。方法:通过对130例异位妊娠的病例分析,随机选择同样手术指征的开腹手术40例,将手术时间、出血量、住院时间等进行比较。结果:与开腹手术相比,腹腔镜组有出血少,痛苦小,缩短了住院时间等优点,是治疗异位妊娠的理想方式。

| Abstract: | Objective:Discuss the methods and clinical value of Laparoscopic surgical treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods:Analyze the 130 hospital cases of ectopic pregnancy from January 2010 to June 2011 of laparoscopic treatment,randomly compared with 40 cases of conventional surgery.Results:Compared with conventional surgery,laparoscopic group of less bleeding,little pain,shorter time of hospital,etc.It is the ideal way to cure ectopic pregnancy. |
