X线平片与CT对胸部外伤的诊断价值探讨

目的:探讨X线平片与CT扫描检查诊断胸部外伤的临床价值,并对其优缺点进行对比分析。方法:选择100例胸外伤患者作为观察对象,对比分析X线平片与CT诊断胸部外伤的临床价值。结果:手术证实肋骨骨折80例,气胸22例,肺挫裂伤12例,胸腔积血58例,胸骨骨折8例,皮下气肿10例,肺不张22例,心包积血5例,CT扫描与手术结果证实基本一致,两者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且X线检查发现上述各病变例数均少于CT检查,但差异不显著性。结论:X线平片与CT扫描诊断胸部外伤各有优势,不能互相取代,应根据患者的受伤部位、伤势程度及体格检查作出基本判断后选择适合的检查。

Discussion on the X-ray and CT on the Diagnostic Value of Chest Trauma

Objective:To investigate the clinical value of the X-ray and CT diagnosis of chest trauma,and were analyzed.Methods:100 cases of thoracic trauma patients admitted to our hospital in January 2008 January 2010 as the object of observation and comparative analysis of clinical value in the X-ray and CT diagnosis of chest trauma.Results:The operation confirmed that the rib fractures,80 cases,22 cases of pneumothorax,pulmonary contusion 12 cases,58 cases of hemothorax,sternal fractures in 8 cases,10 cases of subcutaneous emphysema,atelectasis in 22 cases,5 cases of hemopericardium,CT scan and surgical findings confirmed that basically the same,the difference was significant.Conclusion:the X-ray and CT scan of chest trauma have their own advantages,can not replace each other to make basic judgments should be based on the injured parts of the patient's injuries and physical examination of the appropriate check.
