松龄血脉康治疗短暂性脑缺血发作的临床研究

目的:评价中成药松龄血脉康治疗短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)的临床疗效和副作用。方法:采用松龄血脉康治疗TIA患者50例,并与西药阿斯匹林治疗49例进行随机对照比较,观察每例患者在服药期内临床疗效、TIA的发作次数、缺血性脑卒中的发生及副作用。结果:复方血栓通治疗组临床总有效率为92%,与对照组(87.76%)无明显差异,但松龄血脉康对气滞血瘀型TIA疗效(100%)好于西药组(P<0.05),且随访半年,治疗组TIA复发明显低于对照组(P<0.01),完全性脑梗塞的发生率则少于对照组(P<0.01),两组治疗后血液流变学指标均明显改善,但治疗组治疗后全血高切、全血低切及血浆粘度均好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:松龄血脉康对TIA有较好的临床疗效,且无副作用。

Clinical Research on Songling Xuemaikang in Treating Transient Ischemic Attack

Objective： To evaluate the clinical and side effects of the Chinese medicine Songling Xuemaikang on the patients with transient ischemic attack （TIA）. Methods： 50 TIA patients were treated with Songling Xuemaikang as treating group, and other 49 cases were treated with Aspirin as control group. Observe the clinical effects, TIA frequency, incidence of ischemic stroke and its side effect of each patients during the treatment. Results：The total effective rate was 92 % in Fufang Xueshuantong group, showing no significant difference with that of the control group which was 87.76 %. The Songling Xuemaikang had a better effect （100%） on TIA patients of Qi and blood stagnation than western medicine （P〈0.05）. And in the following six months, TIA recurrence rate was obviously lower in treating group than in control group（P〈0.01）, so was the incidence of Complete cerebral infarction （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： Songling Xuemaikang has a better effect on patients with TIA without side effect.
