一清胶囊抗炎作用实验研究

目的研究一清胶囊的抗炎作用,为其临床应用提供科学依据。方法采用二甲苯诱导小鼠耳肿胀、角叉菜胶诱导大鼠足肿胀,评价其抗炎作用。结果一清胶囊高(29.3g·kg~(-1))、低(3.7g·kg~(-1))剂量组均可显著减轻二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀(P<0.05);高(11.7g·kg~(-1))、中(5.9g·kg~(-1))、低(2.9g·kg~(-1))剂量组均可显著抑制角叉菜胶致大鼠足肿胀(P<0.01),其作用在致炎后1和3h表现明显,且高剂量组在致炎后6h内的作用强于醋酸泼尼松组。结论一清胶囊具有较好的抗炎作用。

Anti-inflammatory effects of Yiqing Capsules

Objective To evaluate the pharmacodynamics of Yiqing Capsules related to anti‐inflammatory effect ,and to provide the scientific evidence for its clinical application .Methods Anti‐inflammatory effects were studied by xylene induced ear swelling in mice and paw swelling caused by carrageenan in rat .Results Yiqing Capsules at high and low dose groups(29 .3 and 3 .7 g · kg -1 ) could apparently restrain the ear swelling induced by xylene in mice(P<0 .05);Yiqing Capsules at various dose groups(11 .7 ,5 .9 and 2 .9 g · kg -1 ) could restrain the rat paw swelling induced by carrageenan(P<0 .01) and appeared obviously after 1 and 3 h . Yiqing Capsules at high dose group could restrain the rat paw swelling induced by carrageenan stronger than prednisone acetate dose group within 6 h .Conclusion Yiqing Capsules could eliminate toxins effect .
