阿那其根的指纹图谱研究

摘    要:目的建立阿那其根药材的高效液相色谱指纹图谱,对共有色谱峰进行指认,为其质量控制提供依据。方法采用HPLCDAD检测法。VP-ODS色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-1mL·L~(-1)磷酸水溶液;柱温为30℃;极性小的成分检测波长为330nm,流速为1.0mL·min~(-1);极性大的成分检测波长为254nm,流速为0.5mL·min~(-1)。采用中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价软件对结果进行评价。结果测定了4批不同来源的阿那其根,其中1批样品的相似度小于0.6,其余药材指纹图谱相似度均大于0.9。结论该方法可靠、简便,适用于阿那其根药材的质量评价。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the separation conditions of fingerprint for Radix Anacycli pyrethri by high performance liquid chromatography .Methods HPLC‐DAD analysis was performed ,and VP‐ODS column(250 mm × 4 .6 mm ,5 μm) was used with acetonitrile‐1 mL · L -1 phosphoric acid solution as the mobile phase .The low polarity components were detected at UV 330 nm in a flow rate of 1 .0 mL · min-1 ,while the high polarity components were detected at UV 254 nm in a flow rate of 0 .5 mL · min-1 . The column temperature was maintained at 30 ℃ .The result was evaluated by similarity evaluation system for chromatographic fingerprint of traditional Chinese medicines .Results Four batches of Radix Anacycli pyrethri were tested ,the similarity of Radix Anacycli pyrethri from Altay Hospital was less than 0 .6 ,but the others were over 0 .9 .Conclusion The method is reliable ,simple and suitable for the quality evaluation of Radix Anacycli pyrethri .
