海南广藿香油水蒸气蒸馏最佳工艺筛选研究

摘    要:目的:研究海南广藿香油水蒸气蒸馏提取工艺,优选最佳工艺。方法:以正交试验优化提取条件,以挥发油含量为指标,考察药材粉碎度、加水量、提取时间和浸泡时间。结果:最佳提取工艺为过20目筛的广藿香粉,浸泡时间1h、提取6h、加10倍量水,广藿香挥发油提取率为2.3%。结论:筛选得到的广藿香挥发油提取工艺稳定有效。

Abstract:Objective:To study the optimal extration process of Pogostemon cablin essential oil by water vapor distillation. Method: With orthogonal test as design method and volatile oil as index,explored the grinding degree,amount of water,extraction time and immersion time. Result: The optimal condition was as following: sift 20 mesh sieve,1h for immersion,6h for extraction,and 10∶ 1 for water∶ powder. Extration rate of Pogostemon cablin essential oil was 2.3%.Conclusion: The optimized process is stable and efficient.
