复方甘草酸苷注射液联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗寻常性银屑病疗效观察

目的观察复方甘草酸苷注射液(美能)联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗寻常性银屑病的疗效及控制复发情况。方法56例患者,在采取窄谱中波紫外线照射和外用糠馏油硼酸氧化锌软膏(PBZS)封包的基础上,分为治疗组及对照组,治疗组予复方甘草酸苷注射液80mL、对照组予维生素C注射液3.0g均1次/d静注。结果两组患者皮损PASI评分改善无显著性差异(P=0.064>0.05);半年复发率治疗组为16.7%,对照组为30.4%。结论美能联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗寻常性银屑病疗效和单纯使用NB-UVB治疗无明显差别,但能延缓疾病复发。

Observation on the Efficacy of the Combination of Compound Glycyrrhizin Injection and Narrow-band Ultraviolet B Phototherapy in Psoriasis Vulgaris

ObjectiveTo observe the efficacy of narrow-band ultraviolet B (NB-UVB)in the treatment of patients with psoriasis vulgaris in combination with compound glycyrrhizin injection.MethodsA total of 56 patients was included in the experiment,and were treated by 311 nm NB-UVB radiation with topical therapy of pityroli-boracic acid-zinc oxide salve(PBZS), 30 of them were treated in combination with compound glycyrrhizin injection,and the control group were treated in combination with Vitamin C injection.ResultsThere was no difference in the improvement of lesions between the treatment group and the control group,the recurrence rate within half year was 16.7% in the treatment group and was 30.4% in the control group.ConclusionRadiation of 311 nm NB-UVB in combination with compound glycyrrhizin injection had no more effective for psoriasis vulgaris than that of NB-UVB alone;but can suppress the recurrence very effectively.
