| 摘 要： | 给未去势的 SD 幼鼠以不同剂量的丙酸睾丸酮皮下注射一周后,大鼠前列腺腹叶明显大于并重于对照组,组织学表现为良性增生过程。经统计学处理,丙睾每日0.3mg/100g 体重是用于制造大鼠前列腺增生模型的敏感和稳定的剂量。

| Abstract: | The immature,intact rats were injected subcutaneously with varing doses of tes- tosterone propionate(TP)for one week.The ventral prostate and seminal vesicle of the TP treated-rats were larger and heavier than those of control,and was histologic- ally revealed a benign process of hyperplasia in them,The TP of 0.3 mg/day/100g body weight is the susceptible and stable dosage for producing BPH model in rat and with this dosage the potency of some antiandrogens could be evaluated. |
