肢体高能量火器伤后脑神经元C-jun基因表达

摘    要:目的 为在分子水平上初步探讨犬肢体枪弹伤后脑病理生理变化机制。方法 以M-193、5.56 mm制式弹射击犬双后肢肌肉丰满处,采用免疫组化对伤后不同时间远隔部位脑组织及对照组脑组织神经元中C-jun基因的表达进行检测。结果 对照组脑皮层神经元中C-jun基因呈弱表达;伤后脑神经元中C-jun基因表达于30 min增加,6 h达到高峰(P<0.05),10 h开始下降。结论 肢体枪弹伤后远隔部位脑神经元C-jun基因表达是对损伤刺激的早期反应,其表达可能是由Leao播散性抑制引起,并与细胞内外信号转导与细胞凋亡有关。在救治肢体火器伤的同时,应注意脑保护治疗。

Abstract:Objective To study the pathophysiological changes in the brain and their mechanisms after high enery missile wounds in the extremities. Methods The missile wound in the posterior limbs was made in 12 dogs. C-jun expression in cerebral neurons were observed by immunohistochehistry method at different time after the trauma. Results Feeble C-jun proteins were detected in the control group. C-jun expression in the cerebral neurons increased at 30 minutes, reached the peak at 6 hours (P<0.05), and began to decrease at 10 hours after the wound. Conclusions The C-jun gene expression in cerebral neurons remote from the wounded limbs may be early neuronal reaction to traumatic stimulation, may be caused by Leao's spreading depression, and associated with signal transduction and neuron apoptosis. When treating the missile wounds in the extremities, we should defend the brain from harm.
