复方硼砂片治疗氟骨症的疗效观察及机理研究

目的研究复方硼砂片治疗氟骨症的机理及疗效。方法选不同类型的氟骨症患者１０６例，随机分为两组，治疗组６０例，对照组４６例。治疗组口服复方硼砂片，对照组口服淀粉片。采用临床症状、体征、Ｘ线、骨矿物质含量、血、尿氟等９项生化指标为综合判定依据。结果症状、关节活动、功能试验总改善率治疗组分别为８６．０％、６４．８％、６３．６％。而对照组分别为４２．２％、２８．１％和１５．８％，治疗组均优于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。Ｘ线显示，治疗组中有３例治疗后骨小梁增粗、增密，而对照组未见类似改变。治疗后治疗组骨矿物质含量明显增高。两组氟骨症患者均有骨代谢异常的生化表现。治疗组治疗后血Ｆ－、ＡＫＰ、尿ＨＯＰ及ｃＡＭＰ均显著降低，血Ｃａ、尿Ｃａ明显增高。对照组治疗前后均无明显差别。治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为９５．０％和１５．２％，差异有显著意义（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论复方硼砂片治疗氟骨症疗效显著，所用剂量安全，可推广应用。

Treatment of skeletal fluorosis with compound borax tablet

Objective To know mechanism and efficacy of compound borax tablet in treatment of skeletal fluorosis.Methods 106 cases of different types of patients with skeletal fluorosis were divided into two groups randomly.Patients in treatment group were given compound borax tablets,and those in control group were given starch tablets.9 indexes were used.Results The curative effect of treatment group is better than that of control ( P <0.01).The total effective rates of treatment and control groups are 95.0% and 15.2%,respectively.The difference has statistical significant meaning ( P <0.01).Conclusions Skeletal fluorosis can be cured effectively with compound borax tablet.The dosage used is safe,and can be used widely.
