摘    要:目的探讨家长培训对注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)儿童的干预效果。方法将30例符合DSM-Ⅳ诊断标准的ADHD患儿作为干预组,进行为期8周的家长培训;30例符合DSM-Ⅳ诊断标准的ADHD患儿作为对照组,不给予任何干预措施。干预前评诂Connem父母症状问卷(PSQ),干预8周后再次评诂Conners父母症状问卷、临床疗效总评和培训满意度调查问卷。结果干预组的PSQ各项因子分干预后比干预前均有下降,品行问题、学习问题、多动指数因子分改变有统计学显著性差异。主观评价家长认为培训方式容易接受、培训内容有帮助。结论家长培训对ADHD儿童干预效果较好,药物治疗结合家长培训可以增加干预效果,家长培训方式容易接受,方法值得推广。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the intervention effect of parents training children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Methods: Thirty parents of children with ADHD was treated with strategy of parent training for 8 weeks in intervention group and 30 cases were treated without any intervention as a control group. Conners parent symptom questionnaire(PSQ),clinic general imagine ( CGI )and the questionnaire of satisfactory of training were used to measure the efficacy before and after the intervention. Results: In intervention group, scores of each factors of PSQ were decreased after invention, the score of conduct problem, learning problem, hyperactivity-impulsion and hyperactivity index were lower significantly than that of baseline. It were demonstrated that parent training was recipient and helpful. Conclusion: Parent training is an effective method of intervention of children with ADHD. Also parent training combined with medication can increase the effect of intervention.
