中西医结合治疗原发性高血压病39例总结

目的:观察中西医结合治疗原发性高血压病的临床疗效。方法:将78例病人随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组采用中西医结合治疗,治疗3个疗程后,观察两组的临床疗效及中医证候的改变情况。结果:治疗组在临床总疗效及中医证候疗效方面均明显优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:中西医结合治疗原发性高血压病疗效满意。

A Summary on 39 Cases of Primary Hypertension Treated with the Therapy of Combination of Chinese Traditional and Western Medicine

Objective: To observe the clinical effect on primary hypertension treated with the therapy of combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine.Method:78 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Chemical medicine was used in the control group and the therapy of combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine used in the treatment group.The clinical effects and changes of syndrome were observed after treating 3 courses.Results: The general clinical effects and improvement of syndrome in the treatment group were significantly superior to that in the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion: The therapy of combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine has satisfactory effect for treating primary hypertension.
