社区慢性盆腔炎患者家庭中药保留灌肠疗效观察

目的 探讨慢性盆腔炎患者采用家庭中药保留灌肠的效果.方法 由社区护士每晚1次上门示范指导家属中药灌肠方法,比较家庭中药灌肠前后各项观察指标有无统计学意义.结果 家庭中药灌肠前后各项观察指标经x^2检验有显著性差异,P＜0.05.说明家庭中药保留灌肠后各项观察指标比灌肠前改善.结论 家庭中药保留灌肠操作简单、效果良好,值得在社区推广应用.

The effect of retention enema with TCM on patients with chronic pelvic inflammation in community

Objective To evaluate the effect of retention enema with TCM on patients with chronic pelvic inflammation. Methods Community nurse visited to illustrate the method of retention enema to patient'ss families. All observation index before and after retention enema were compared so as to see whether there was statistic significance. Results There were significant differences in all observation indexes between before and after retention enema with TCM. The result indicated that all indexes after retention enema with TCM were improved. Conclusion Retention enema with TCM is easy to use, has good effect and is worth being popularized in community.
