原发性高血压病人红细胞C_3b和IC受体表达及其调节因子活性的变化

采用红细胞Ｃ３ｂ受体花环、ＩＣ花环试验及红细胞免疫粘附抑制和促进试验，分别检测了原发性高血压（ＥＨ）病人红细胞Ｃ３ｂ和ＩＣ受体表达及血清红细胞免疫调节因子活性变化。结果显示，ＥＨ病人红细胞Ｃ３ｂ受体花环率（ＥＣ３ｂＲＲ）明显降低，而免疫复合物花环率（Ｅ－ＩＣＲ）明显增高，与对照组比较有极显著差异（Ｐ＜０．００１）；ＥＨ病人红细胞Ｃ３ｂ受体花环抑制率（ＲＦＩＲ）明显增高，而红细胞Ｃ３ｂ受体花环促进率（ＲＦＥＲ）明显降低，与对照组相比有极显著差异（Ｐ＜０．００１）。这些变化随ＥＨ病程进展而逐渐明显。提示红细胞免疫粘附功能降低与ＥＨ病情严重程度及预后有关。

THE CHANGES OF EXPRESSION OF ERYTHROCYTE C_3b AND IC RECEPTORS AND ITS REGULATORY FACTORS IN PATIENTS WITH ESSENTIAL HYPERTENSION

By means of erythrocyte C3b receptor and immune complex rosette (E-C3bRR and E-ICR) test and erythrocyte immune inhibition and enhancement test, the changes of expression of erythrocyte C3b and IC receptors and the activities of regulatory factors in erythrocyte immune in the patients with essential hypertension (EH) were measured.The results showed that E-C3bRR was lower and E-ICR higher in patients than in the controls (P<0. 001), and the rosette forming effective rate (RFER) of erythrocyte C3b receptor was lower and the rosette forming inhibitory rate (RFIR) of erythrocyte C3b receptor was higher in patients than those in the controls (P<0. 001). These variations became more obvious with the development of EH. These results indicate that the decrease of erythrocyte immune adhesion function is related to the seriousness of the patient's condition and prognosis.
