| 摘 要： | 目的：观察美宝胃肠胶囊对无水乙醇致大鼠胃粘膜损伤预防及治疗作用。方法：以无水乙醇制备大鼠胃粘膜损伤模型，不同时间、不同剂量给胃肠胶囊，观察胃肠胶囊对无水乙醇致大鼠胃粘膜损伤的预防作用及损伤后给药，观察其促进愈合作用。结果：美宝胃肠胶囊对无水乙醇致胃粘膜损伤溃疡模型有预防和保护作用，能减少胃液分泌，且对损伤的愈合有促进作用。结论：美宝胃肠胶囊是一种有效的胃粘膜保护剂。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the protective and therapeutic effects of MEBO Gastrointestinal Capsule on gastric mucous membrane injury induced by absolute alcohol.Method :Experimental model of rat gastric mucosa injury caused by absolute alcohol was prepared.MEBO Gastrointestinal Capsule was applied at different time intervals and different doses.The protective and therapeutic effects of MEBO Gastrointestinal Capsule were observed.Result:MEBO Gastrointestinal Capsule has preventive and protective effects on gastric mucosa injury caused by absolute alcohol. It has the ability of reducing gastric juice secretion and promoting wound healing. Conclusion:MEBO Gastrointestinal Capsule is an effective agent for preventing gastric mucous ulcer |
