| 摘 要： | 目的研究肝病患者的红细胞免疫功能的变化规律及临床意义。方法对各种肝病患者与正常对照者的血液中红细胞C3b受体花环(RCR)、红细胞免疫复合物花环(RICR)进行检测。结果肝病患者的红细胞免疫功能指标RCR均显著低于对照组(P<0.01),而RICR则明显上升(P<0.01),且急性肝炎、慢性肝炎、肝硬化、肝癌组的RCR、RICR分别呈递减和递增趋势。结论肝病患者的红细胞免疫功能降低,并且与疾病的发展有密切的关系,动态观察红细胞免疫功能对其诊疗及预后具有重要的实用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the change and significance of erythrocyte immune function in liver diseases. Methods RBC-C3b RR(RCR) and RBC-ICR(RICR) in liver disease groups and control groups were examined. Results The RCR was lower and the RICR was higher in liver disease than in control groups. Conclusion The function of erythrocyte immunity decreases in all groups of liver diseases,and the changes are concerned with liver damaged degree.Observation on the liver disease development is of an important value in diagnosis,treatment and judgement of prognosis. |
