公路施工监理人员心理健康状况及相关因素

目的了解公路施工监理人员的心理健康状况及相关因素。方法应用焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）及自编相关因素调查表对82名公路施工监理人员进行调查。结果（1）82名监理人员中无焦虑情绪64人（78．05％），轻度焦虑11人（13．41％），中重度焦虑7人（8．54％）；无抑郁情绪56人（68．29％），轻度抑郁11人（13．41％），中度抑郁12人（14．64％），重度抑郁3人（3．66％）；焦虑、抑郁情绪并存者16人（19．51％）。（2）简单相关分析显示：SAS、SDS洋分与人际关系、工地距家距离、回家间隔、业余爱好、居住环境、饮食适口、气候适应、文体活动、休息时间、福利待遇10项因素显著相关。（3）经多元逐步同归分析，影响公路施工监理人员焦虑情绪的因素依次是：居住环境、业余爱好、工地距家距离、人际关系、工作年限、休息时间6个因素；影响监理人员抑郁情绪的因素依次是：饮食适口、工地距家距离、人际关系、休息时间、家庭负担5个因素。结论公路施工监埋人员的心理健康状况相对较差，其职业特点是影响心理健康水平的主要因素。

Analysis on mental health and related factors of supervisors of road construction work

ObjectiveTo examine the mental health status and related factors of supervisors of road construction work.Methods82 supervisors of road construction were involved in the research. The mental health status and the related factors were evaluated with SAS, SDS and self-designed interrelated factors inventory. Results(1) 78.05% of the supervisors had no anxiety feeling, 13.41% of the supervisors had slight anxiety feeling and 8.54% of the supervisors had middle and serious anxiety feeling, 68.29% of the supervisors had no depression feeling, 13.41% of the supervisors had slight depression feeling, 14.64% of the supervisors had middle depression feeling and 3.66% of them had serious depression feeling, and 19.51% of the supervisors had both feelings. (2) The results of simple correlation analysis showed that SAS and SDS scores are correlated significantly with interpersonal relation, the distance between work site and home, the interval of going home, hobbies, living conditions, diet, climate adaptation, recreational activities, rest time, welfare and treatment. (3) The results of stepwise regression analysis showed that factors affecting anxiety of the supervisors of road construction work were living circumstances, hobbies, the distance between work site and home, interpersonal relation, years of doing the job, rest time; factors affecting depression of the supervisors of road construction work were diet, the distance between work site and home, interpersonal relation, rest time, burden of the family.ConclusionThe mental health state of the supervisors of road construction work were comparatively bad. The feature of the job was the main factor affecting their mental health.
