针药不同疗法对围绝经期抑郁症的效应分析

目的分析比较电针、中药两种不同疗法对围绝经期抑郁症的临床治疗效应。方法将确诊为围绝经期抑郁症的患者随机分为电针组（n=40）和中药组（n=40）,电针组采用电针治疗,中药组采用中药汤剂口服,治疗1个月后观察患者改良Kupperman评分、Hamilton抑郁量表评分及血清雌二醇（E2）含量,并进行比较。结果电针组改良Kupperman评分治疗前为（28.20±2.42）分,治疗后为（12.50±2.02）分,总有效率为72.5%,Hamilton抑郁量表评分治疗前为（24.72±0.45）分,治疗后为（10.60±1.12）分,总有效率为75.0%;血清雌二醇含量治疗前为（29.5±12.38）pg/mL,治疗后为（46.36±17.7）pg/mL。中药组改良Kupperman评分治疗前为（30.72±2.47）分,治疗后为（13.30±2.06）分,总有效率为70.0%,Hamilton抑郁量表评分治疗前为（25.37±0.60）分,治疗后为（11.17±1.20）分,总有效率为72.5%,血清雌二醇含量治疗前为（36.27±11.95）pg/mL,治疗后为（46.56±22.34）pg/mL。两者相比,无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论无论电针或中药汤剂对本病都有一定的治疗效果,两者疗效无明显差异。

Effect Analysis on the Treatment of Perimenopausal Depression by Acupuncture and Medication Respectively

Objective To analyze and compare the clinical effects of electroacupuncture and Chinese medication in treating perimenopausal depression.Method The subjects diagnosed with perimenopausal depression were randomly assigned to an electroacupuncture group（40 cases） and a Chinese herbal medicine group（40 cases）,to receive electroacupuncture treatment and Chinese herbal medicine respectively.A month later,the results of the two groups were compared by using the modified Kupperman Index,Hamilton Depression Rating Scale（HAMD）,and measuring the serum level of estradiol（E2）.Results In the electroacupuncture group,the score of the modified Kupperman Index was（28.20±2.42） before treatment and（12.50±2.02） after treatment,and the total effective rate was 72.5%;the score of HAMD was（24.72±0.45） before treatment and（10.60±1.12） after treatment,and the total effective rate was 75.0%;the serum level of E2 was（29.5±12.38） before treatment and（46.36±17.7） after treatment.In the Chinese herbal medicine group,the score of the modified Kupperman Index was（30.72±2.47） before treatment and（13.30±2.06） after treatment,and the total effective rate was 70.0%;the score of HAMD was（25.37±0.60） before treatment and（11.17±1.20） after treatment,and the total effective rate was 72.5%;the serum level of E2 was（36.27±11.95） before treatment and（46.56±22.34） after treatment.The differences were not significant in comparison of the results between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Electroacupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine are both effective in the treatment of perimenopausal depression,without significant difference between the treatment results.
