改良鸡胚尿囊膜肿瘤实验动物模型及其生物学行为观察

摘    要:目的利用鸡胚尿囊膜建立人移植瘤模型并观察其生物学行为和组织学形态已有报道。但是,在实际工作的过程中仍存在不少的问题。因此,通过改良的方法,获得简单,快捷,可重复的动物模型。方法将人胶质瘤SWO-38细胞滴加到鸡胚尿囊膜上,观察影响鸡胚的存活和成瘤的可能因素、移植瘤的生长特性和形态学特征。结果利用改良的方法成功建立胶质瘤鸡胚尿囊膜的模型;肿瘤组织能够诱导血管生成,镜下形态符合恶性胶质瘤的形态学特征。结论该模型简单,快捷,易于建立。便于观察肿瘤组织的生物学行为,可用于抗肿瘤的药物筛选。

Abstract:Objective To establish a human tumor xenograft model on the chick embryo chorioallantoic membrane (CAM) and observe its biological behavior, and improve its modeling technique. Methods Human glioma cell line SWO- 38 cells were implanted on the chick embryo chorioallantoie membrane to observe the factors affecting the survival of the transplanted human glioma cells, growth characteristics of the transplanteded tumor and their morphological features. Result Human glioma model was successfully established on the chick embryo chorioallantoic membrane, showing angiogenetic effect and morphological characteristics of glioma. Conclusions This model can be easily reproduced and may be used to observe biological behavior of the transplanted tumor and to screen antineoplastic drugs.
