2010—2011年北京市大兴区感染性腹泻监测

目的探讨北京市大兴区腹泻病例中肠道致病菌感染状况，分析其流行病学特征，为预防控制及临床治疗提供科学依据。方法采集监测点医院就诊的腹泻病例粪便标本，进行9种肠道致病菌的检测并对检出的志贺菌进行的药敏试验。结果2年共采集样本760份，检出肠道致病菌167株，阳性率为21．97％，检出以志贺菌为主，其次为沙门菌、副溶血性弧菌。志贺菌对部分药物耐药性加强，对三代喹诺酮类药物保持敏感，但有所下降。结论近2年肠道致病菌阳性率上升，志贺菌菌型发生变化，目前以D群为主。夏季副溶血性弧菌感染增多，志贺菌对抗生素的耐药性发生一定程度改变，敏感性呈现整体下滑的趋势。

Monitoring on infectious diarrheal disease in Daxing district of Beijing, 2010-2011

Objective To explore the status and epidemiological characters of enteropathogenie bacteria in patients with infectious diarrhea in Daxing district, and to provide scientific evidence for disease prevention and control. Methods Stool specimens of cases were collected from monitoring hospitals and tested for nine kinds of intestinal bacteria. The bacteria of Shigella detected from the samples were also conducted drug susceptibility test. Results A total of 760 samples were collected during the study period. 167 strains of enteropathogenic bacteria were detected from those samples, which mainly included Sbigella,and followed by Salmonella, Vibrio parahaemolyticus, and the positive rate was 21.97%. The resistance of Shigella bacteria to some drugs was higher. Although the resistance to the third-generation Quinolones drug was still sensitive, its sensitivity showed a downtrend. Conclusion The positive rate of intestinal pathogens increased in the past two years. Meanwhile, the strains of Shigella also changed and the subgroup D detected as the main serotype. There was increasing tendency to Vibrio parahaemolytieus infection in summer. There was a certain degree of change in antibiotics resistance of Shigella, and its sensitivity showed a downtrend overall.
