大肠癌术前顺行与逆行肠道准备的效果及对局部复发影响的对比分析

目的:探讨大肠癌术前顺行与逆行肠道准备的效果及对局部复发的影响。方法:将我院122例拟手术治疗的大肠癌患者随机分为两组,分别术前顺行肠道准备与逆行灌肠。比较肠道清洁度、局部复发率。结果:逆行肠道准备组与顺行肠道准备组局部复发率比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);逆行肠道准备组与顺行肠道准备组肠道清洁度比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);但晚期大肠癌患者术前顺行肠道准备的效果略优于逆行灌肠。结论:大肠癌的局部复发率与肿瘤分期密切相关,与肠道准备方式无关,逆行肠道准备并不增加局部复发率。顺行肠道准备或许可以提高晚期并不全肠梗阻患者的肠道清洁度。

Comparative Analysis the Effect of Intestinal Preparation by Hengkang Zhengqing (Polyethylene Glycol Electrolyte Powder) and by Enema before Operation of Large Intestine Cancer and their Impact on Local Recurrence of the Cancer

Objective:To investigate the effect of intestinal preparation by Hengkang Zhengqing(polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder) and by enema before operation of larger intestine cancer,and to analyse their impact on local recurrence of the cancer.Methods: 122 large intestine cancer patients in our hospital for which the operation would be scheduled were randomly divided into two groups,61 cases equally:the polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder group and the enema group.The extent of cleanness of intestines and the local recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results:There were no significant differences in local recurrence rate and in cleanness extent of intestinal canals between the two groups(P>0.05).but the effect of cleanness of intestinal canals in polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder group was better than that in the enema group for the advanced cancer patients in intestinal preparation.Conclusion: The local recurrence rate of large intestine cancer closely relates to the tumor stages,but does not relate to the methods of intestinal preparation.Intestinal preparation by enema does not increase local recurrence rate.Intestinal preparation by polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder maybe improve the extent of cleanness of the patients with advanced cancer complicated by partial intestinal obstruction.
