骨质疏松两种造模方法的对照研究

目的:比较两种骨质疏松造模方法的优劣。方法:将SD级雌性3月龄大鼠40只随机分为4组,分别为激素实验组和对照组及切卵巢对照组和实验组。用注射过量激素法和切除卵巢法制作大鼠骨质疏松模型,对动物模型进行骨密度测定。结果:激素实验组和去卵巢实验组骨密度值(取股骨、脊柱和肱骨部位)均低于对照组(P<0.05),两实验组之间骨密度值比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:两种造模方法都成功的造成了骨质疏松。两种方法仅就结果来看,没有孰优孰劣之分,都可作为骨质疏松造模的方法。在具体实验造模过程中可根据实际需要选择不同方法。

The Control Study of Comparing With two Modeling Methods in Osteoporosis

Objective: To compare two modeling methods in Osteoporosis.Methods: forty 3-month old SD female rats were divided into 4 groups,which were the hormone experimental and group,control group,the ovary experimental group and control.The Osteoporosis animal models were made by using to inject exceed hormone and cut the ovary,and the bone density of the models were determined.Results: The bone density of the hormone experimental group and ovary experimental group were lower than those of control groups(P<0.05),the two experimental groups had no significant difference.(P>0.05).Conclusions: The two methods were both successful in making the Osteoporosis models.There was no difference in according to the results,both can be the methods of the Osteoporosis models.The different methods were chosen according to the needs.
