| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨小切口开放复位克氏针固定治疗肱骨髁上骨折的疗效。方法：采用上臂远端外侧约2．0—3．0cm的小切口，钝性分离至骨折断端，手法复位后用一枚克氏针固定骨折端，不稳定骨折从外侧穿入2—3枚克氏针固定，针尾露于皮外。结果：32例患儿术后摄片31例达到解剖复住，1例轻度尺偏，无其他术后并发症。结论：小切口开放复位克氏针固定治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折，简单快捷，并发症少，疗效满意。

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the curative effects of tiny- incision open reduction Keshi needle fixation in treating supracondylar fracture of humerus. Methods： Making tiny incisions of 2.0 - 3.0cm and fixing the head of the fractured bone with one Keshi needle. Use two or three needles to fix the unstable bones. Results： Among 32 cases, 31 were recovered and one was slightly biased. No complications after surgery. Conclusion： It is effective to treat supracondylar fracture of humerus by tiny- incision open reduction Keshi needle fixation. |
