微波消解火焰原子吸收光谱法测定奶粉中铁镁钾钠钙

摘    要:目的:采用微波消解对奶粉进行前处理,火焰原子吸收光谱法测定奶粉中铁、镁、钾、钠、钙的含量。结果:测定上述各种元素的相对标准偏差(n=6)在0.9%-2.6%之间。各元素的标准曲线具有良好的线性关系,线性相关系数在0.9990至0.9999之间。各元素加样回收率在98.6%-101.0%之间。

Abstract:Objective: assisted heating was applied to the digestion of milk powder, flame atomic absorption spectrometry was used for determination of iron, magnesium, potassium, sodium, calcium in milk powder. Results: The experimental result show that values of RSD (n=6) obtained in the determination of the above mentioned dements were in the range of 1.2% --1.9%. Wcrk curves for these dements had free linearity with correlation ranged from 0.9990 to 0.9999. The reeovery was 93.6%--100.8%.
