| 摘 要： | 目的：研究老年单纯收缩期高血压（EISH）与颈动脉粥样硬化关系。方法：选择93例EISH患者，分为1、2、3级ISH3组，应用高分辨率超声多谱勒对其双侧颅外段颈总动脉（CCA）进行超声检查，测量斑块检出率，并与健康对照者进行比较。结果：1、2、3级ISH患者颈动脉斑决检出率分别为54．2％、53．1％、86．5％，1、2、3级ISH患者组与健康对照组（18．2％）比较均有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论：EISH与颈动脉粥样斑块检出率有明显相关性。

| Abstract: | Objective： To study the relationship between EISH and atherosclerosis. Methods： 93 cases of EISH patients were divided into three groups, CCA of them were tested by ultrasonic Doppler and plaque detectable rates were measured and compared with the healthy people. Results. The plaque detectable rates of the three ISH groups were 54.2%, 53.1% and 86.5% and they were significantly different from the healthy group （18.2 %, P〈 0.01）. Conclusion： EISH and the plaque detectable rates are significantly related. |
