碘-125粒子支架与普通带膜支架对进展期食管癌患者的生存质量影响分析

目的：分析碘-125粒子支架及普通带膜支架对进展期食管癌患者生存质量的影响。方法：87例安放食管支架患者中，治疗组52例安放碘-125粒子支架，对照组35例安放普通带膜支架。在支架安放前及安放后3、6、12个月应用Spitzer对两组患者进行生存质量评分。结果：两组患者安放支架后生存质量得分较前增加（P〈0．05）；A组安放支架后3、6、12个月的生存质量得分高于B组（P〈0．05）；A组在安放支架后3、6、12个月的生存率高于B组，肿瘤生长阻塞支架发生率及新增转移癌灶均显著低于B组。结论：碘-125粒子支架治疗比普通带膜支架更明显缓解吞咽困难症状，提高患者生活质量及生存期，且无严重并发症发生。

Analysis on the Influence of Self- expanding Metal Stents with 125 - idoine Seeds and Common Ones on Quality of Life of Esophageal Cancer Patients in the Developing Period

Objective： To analyze the influence of the self- expanding metal stents with 125 - idoine seeds and common self- expanding metal stents on quality of life （QOL） of the esophageal cancer patients in the developing period. Methods： Among the 87 patients implanted esophageal self - expanding metal stents, 52 patients of the therapy group （group A） were implanted self - expanding metal stents with 125 - idoine seeds, the other 35 patients of the comparing group （group B） were implanted common self - expanding metal stents. The QOL scores of the two groups were appraised before and after the operation above in third, sixth and twelfth month by applying the Spitzer index of QOL, the survival rate and syndrome status were also investigated at the same time. Results： The QOL scores of the two groups of patients after the operation were all increased than those before operation （P〈 0. 05）; the QOL score and survival rate of group A were higher than those of group B before and after the operation in third, sixth and twelfth month （P〈 0.05）, and the rate of cancer growth to obstruction stents and new increase cancer metastasis focus were all remarkably lower than those of group B. Conclusion： The group by self- expanding metal stents with 125 - idoine can obviously alleviate the symptoms of difficulty in swallowing, improve the patients QOL and survival time than common self- expanding metal stents.
