| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨联合经腹及经阴道超声诊断异位妊娠的价值及误诊原因分析。方法：回顾分析经手术及病理证实的79例异位妊娠患者经腹及经阴道超声声像图的特征。结果：79例异位妊娠患者联合应用经腹及经阴道超声确诊71例，诊断符合率89．8％。结论：联合应用经腹及经阴道超声是诊断异位妊娠简便而有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective： To study the value of combination of transabdominal and transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy and the causes of misdiagnosis. Methods： Making a retrospective analysis on characteristics of 79 cases of ultrasonic ectopic pregnancy. Results： 71 cases were confirmed by means of ultrasonography among 79 patients and the diagnostic coincidence rate was 89.8%. Conclusion： Combination of transabdominal and transvaginal ultrasound is very simple and effective in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy, and it is the first choice to detect ectopic pregnancy. |
