| 摘 要： | 目的：Miles手术结肠造瘘方法的改进。方法：在持硬麻下对1例直肠腺癌患者行Miles手术，采取结肠经腹膜外肠造瘘，附带行阑尾切除。结论：腹膜外造瘘术式方法简单，方便可靠，值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the improvement of colostomy method by Miles surgery. Methods： Treat one patient of rectal adenoearcinoma with Miles surgery, make fistulization through peritoneum and incise the appendix. Conclusion： Fistulization through peritoneum is simple, reliable and worthy wide application. |
