| 摘 要： | 目的：观察丹参滴注液治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法：将90例带状疱疹患者随机分为两组，治疗组给予丹参滴注液静脉滴注，维生素B12、B1肌肉注射，利巴韦林注射液、胸腺肽注射液静脉滴注，疼痛者加用消炎痛25mg tid，外用1％的黄连炉甘石洗液。对照组除未给予丹参滴注液静脉滴注，其余同治疗组。结果：两组比较有显著性意义（P〈0．05），治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论：丹参滴注液对治疗带状疱疹疗效好，值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the clinical curative effects of radix salvia miltiorrhizae drip in treating herpes zoster. Methods： 90 cases of patients with herpes zoster were divided into two groups randomly. Treat the treatment group with radix salvia miltiorrhizae drip, Vitamin B12, B1 muscle injection, ribavirin injection, thymopetidum injection while the control group was given all treatment in the treatment group except radix salvia milfiorrhizae drip. Results： There is dovious significance of the two groups and the treatment group has better curative effects. Conclusion： Radix salvia miltiorrhizae drip is effective in treating herpes zoster, so it is worthy of dinical wide spread. |
