沙参麦冬汤加减治疗功能性消化不良的效果及不良反应观察

目的观察沙参麦冬汤加减治疗功能性消化不良的效果及不良反应发生情况。方法 102例功能性消化不良患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组51例。对照组选择常规疗法进行治疗,观察组选择中医沙参麦冬汤加减疗法治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组痊愈28例,显效11例,有效9例,无效3例,治疗总有效率为94.12%;对照组痊愈17例,显效13例,有效10例,无效11例,治疗总有效率为78.43%。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组发生胃部烧灼感1例,胀腹1例,嗳气1例,早饱0例,不良反应发生率为5.88%;对照组发生胃部烧灼感4例,胀腹3例,嗳气2例,早饱2例,不良反应发生率为21.57%。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论功能性消化不良患者采用沙参麦冬汤加减疗法能够在很大程度上提升患者的治疗效果,减少不良反应的发生情况,具有推广价值。

Observation on effect and adverse reactions of addition and subtraction of Shashen Maidong decoction in the treatment of functional dyspepsia

Objective To observe the effect and adverse reactions of addition and subtraction of Shashen Maidong decoction in the treatment of functional dyspepsia. Methods A total of 102 functional dyspepsia patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 51 cases in each group. The control group was treated by conventional therapy, and the observation group was treated by addition and subtraction of Shashen Maidong decoction. The therapeutic effect and occurrence of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the observation group had 28 cure cases, 11 excellent cases, 9 effective cases and 3 ineffective cases, with total effective rate of treatment as 94.12%. The control group had 17 cure cases, 13 excellent cases, 10 effective cases and 11 ineffective cases, with total effective rate of treatment as 78.43%. The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The observation group had 1 case of heartburn, 1 case of abdominal distention, 1 case of belching and 0 case of early satiety, with incidence of adverse reactions as 5.88%. The control group had 4 cases of heartburn, 3 cases of abdominal distention, 2 cases of belching and 2 cases of early satiety, with incidence of adverse reactions as 21.57%. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Addition and subtraction of Shashen Maidong decoction can greatly improve the therapeutic effect of patients with functional dyspepsia and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions. It contains promotion value.
