纤维支气管镜吸痰联合肺泡灌洗在重症肺部感染患者治疗中的效果观察

目的:观察纤维支气管镜吸痰联合肺泡灌洗在重症肺部感染患者治疗中的效果。方法:抽取2016年2月~2019年2月本院收治的重症肺部感染患者68例作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组、观察组,每组各34例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用纤维支气管镜吸痰联合肺泡灌洗治疗,对比2组治疗效果。结果:观察组动脉血氧分压、动脉血氧饱和度高于对照组,而动脉二氧化碳分压低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组症状改善时间、住院时间、通气时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:纤维支气管镜吸痰联合肺泡灌洗用于重症肺部感染治疗,效果显著。

Effect of Fiberoptic Bronchoscopy Combined with Alveolar Lavage in the Treatment of Patients with Severe Pulmonary Infection

Objective: To observe the effect of fiberoptic bronchoscopy combined with alveolar lavage in the treatment of patients with severe pulmonary infection. Methods: Sixty-eight patients with severe pulmonary infection admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to February 2019 were selected as the research objects. The patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 34 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional therapy, and the experimental group was treated with fiberoptic bronchoscopy and alveolar lavage, comparing the effects of 2 treatments. Results: Arterial oxygen partial pressure and arterial oxygen saturation were higher in the experimental group than in the control group, and the arterial carbon dioxide partial pressure was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). The symptom improvement time, hospitalization time, and ventilation time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Fiberoptic bronchoscopy combined with alveolar lavage for the treatment of severe pulmonary infection, the effect is significant.
