心脏彩超与心电图对高血压性心脏病患者的诊断有效率分析

目的:分析心脏彩超与心电图对高血压性心脏病患者的诊断有效率。方法:从本院2017年2月~2018年9月接收的高血压性心脏病患者中随机选取90例,并按照随机数字性原则将其平均分为观察组和对照组,每组患者各45例。所有参与本次研究的患者均确诊为高血压性心脏病。其中,观察组患者进行心脏彩超检查,对照组患者进行心电图检查。对两组患者的检查结果以及诊断有效率进行比较分析。结果:经过检查,观察组患者中高血压性心脏病阳性率为84%,对照组患者中,高血压性心脏病阳性率为79%。观察组检查结果的阳性率较高,但两组数据差异不明显,P>0.05。结论:心脏彩超和心电图检查对高血压性心脏病均具有较高的阳性率,均具有比较强的敏感性和特异性,在临床上能够有效地提高诊疗判断的作用。
