超声心动图与心电图联合诊断对心肌梗死诊断效果评价

目的:分析对于心肌梗死疾病采取超声心动图结合心电图检测的效果。方法:选取114例心肌梗死患者,分别进行心电图检测、超声心动图检测,以及心电图、超声心动图结合检测,以冠状动脉造影结果作为金标准,比较三种检测方式诊断效果的差异。结果:联合检查在病变累及范围、狭窄程度、诊断准确率和Lown分级方面均和冠状动脉造影差异不显著(P>0.05),与超声心动图、心电图检查结果差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:使用心电图、超声心动图联合检测心肌梗死具有较高的准确率,对及早发现动脉狭窄、血管病变情况有一定预测价值,同时对室性心律失常有良好预警价值。

Evaluation of the Diagnosis of Myocardial Infarction by Combined Echocardiography and Electrocardiogram

Objective: To analyze the effect of echocardiography combined with ECG detection for myocardial infarction. Methods: 114 patients with myocardial infarction were enrolled. ECG detection, echocardiography, electrocardiogram and echocardiography were combined. The results of coronary angiography were used as the gold standard to compare the diagnostic effects of the three detection methods. Results: Coronary angiography was not significantly different between the extent of lesion involvement, stenosis, diagnostic accuracy, and Lown classification(P>0.05), and was significantly different from echocardiography and electrocardiography(P<0.05). Conclusion: The use of electrocardiogram and echocardiography combined detection of myocardial infarction has a high accuracy rate, which has certain predictive value for early detection of arterial stenosis and vascular lesions, and has good early warning value for ventricular arrhythmia.
